Photography and project imagery from completed work is only shared publicly with your prior written consent.
We retain project records for seven years from the date a project closes, in line with standard Malaysian accounting and tax requirements. Enquiry records from contacts that did not proceed to a project are kept for up to two years.
You may request earlier deletion of your records where there is no legal reason for us to continue holding them. See Section 7 for how to make that request.
Client information — including addresses, preferences, and photographs of personal spaces — is stored on password-protected systems. Access is limited to the members of our studio directly involved in your project.
We use standard encryption for email communications where supported. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is entirely without risk. We encourage you to contact us by phone for any particularly sensitive matters.
