Interior design services overview

Our services

Three ways we can
work together

Each service is designed to be useful on its own or as part of a longer process. You choose where you'd like our involvement to begin and where you'd like it to end.

How we approach a project

We treat every project as a conversation between the space as it exists and the life it needs to support. Our process has a fixed shape — assessment, design, delivery — but it's never rigid in the listening that precedes each stage.

01

Understand

We gather a detailed picture of how you use and inhabit spaces — your patterns, priorities, and the qualities you want a room to carry.

02

Design

Materials, lighting, spatial arrangement, and colour are chosen and resolved together — each element connected to the others, and to the brief.

03

Deliver

We carry the design pattern through to the finished space — or hand over a complete specification set so you can manage delivery on your own terms.

Thread Consultation

A first meeting designed to understand the threads of your life that your space should support. This is where we listen — about how you move through a room, what gets in the way, what you'd like to feel when you arrive home or sit down to work. We follow it up with a site assessment and a written document that captures what we observed and what we think the space is capable of.

The output is a curated mood palette — a collection of materials, colours, and spatial references that give your instincts a visual language. It's a useful thing to have even if you go on to work with another designer, or handle things yourself.

Interwoven Design Package

A design service that weaves together every aspect of your interior. Spatial planning establishes how a room is arranged and how it moves. Material and colour relationships are resolved together rather than separately. Furniture is selected for scale, quality, and fit with everything around it. Lighting is designed as a layer, not an afterthought. And 3D renders let you see all of it before any item is purchased or any wall is painted.

The package concludes with a full specification set — a detailed document covering every material, fixture, and furniture item that a contractor can build from directly. Two revision rounds are included so the design has space to respond to your feedback before it's finalised.

Pattern Completion

Project support that carries the design pattern through to the finished space. A great design document is necessary but not sufficient — what happens between sign-off and handover is where many projects lose quality. Pattern Completion covers procurement, contractor management, quality oversight, and a final styling session that brings the space to its intended state.

This service is typically added to the Interwoven Design Package, but it can also be engaged independently if you have a design from another source and need reliable delivery support. Either way, the aim is the same: nothing should unravel between intention and execution.

Procurement management — furniture, materials, fixtures
Contractor briefing and relationship management
Regular site visits and quality oversight
Snag documentation and resolution before handover
Final styling session to complete the space
3-month post-completion review

Standards that run through everything

Across all three services, certain working standards hold regardless of scope or budget.

Client data handled with discretion

Home addresses, photographs of your space, and personal preferences are stored securely and never shared without consent.

Everything documented

Every decision is recorded and shared. Nothing is left to verbal understanding when a written record is available.

Timelines quoted honestly

We don't quote timelines we can't keep. Estimates account for trade availability, delivery lead times, and decision rounds.

Quality reviewed before handover

For Pattern Completion projects, a structured site review ensures any outstanding work is addressed before we consider the project closed.

Not sure where to begin?

The Thread Consultation is designed precisely for that moment. A low-commitment first step that gives you something useful and helps clarify what, if anything, comes next.
