Do I need to have a design idea before approaching you?
Not at all. Many of our clients come to us with nothing more than a sense that something isn't working, or a feeling they'd like a space to hold. The Thread Consultation is designed specifically for that starting point — we help bring shape to what's still vague.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
We work with residential homes, apartments, home offices, and small commercial spaces in and around Kuala Lumpur. If you're unsure whether your project fits, a brief call usually settles it quickly.
How long does an interior design project typically take?
It depends on the scope. A Thread Consultation wraps up within a week. The full Interwoven Design Package runs 6–10 weeks through to the specification set. If you add Pattern Completion for on-site support, the total is typically 8–14 weeks from design sign-off. These timelines account for proper decision-making — we don't rush a brief.
What does the pricing include?
Each package lists exactly what's covered. The Thread Consultation (MYR 450) includes a site visit, written spatial notes, and a mood palette. The Interwoven Design Package (MYR 3,200) covers the full design process including 3D renders and two revision rounds. Pattern Completion (MYR 1,700) covers procurement coordination and on-site oversight. Furniture, materials, and contractor fees are separate — we'll walk you through those estimates clearly before anything is committed.
